Description
An experimental obsidian side notched projectile point with a convex base. 44mm long and 26mm wide. Was an obsidian flake removed from a larger core that was worked bifacially into a projectile point. Created by pressure flaking using a copper pressure flaker.
Experimental point, was testing different base types. Tried a convex base/stem, similar to subtype 3 of the Duval Stemmed: Duval Stemmed Subtype 3
