Description
An obsidian bifurcated projectile point. 58mm long and 21mm wide. Was an obsidian preform that was worked bifacially into a projectile point. Slightly serrated. Created by pressure flaking using a deer antler tine, retouched and notched with a copper pressure flaker.
A bifurcated point is characterized by a stem with a central notch or fork that splits the base into two distinct lobes.
